We are home and property inspection company headed by Charles Patkar.

Charles has 20 years experience in home building industry.

He is a structural engineer who has also designed many buildings in the region of peel.

Charles is trained in infrared thermography.

What do we do:

We conduct a visual inspection of accessible systems and components of the home. We take more than 100 pictures of the home. Some of these pictures along with graphic illustrations form a part of the report which is emailed to you.
